Extensions do not appear

Hi,

I'm trying to use extensions in QLIK SENSE DESKTOP, but it does not appear. I out in the <Documents/Qlik/Sense/Extensions> path and it still does not work.

Can someone help me?

That is the default path for extensions for a standard install, but they could be elsewhere if customized during install.  Are your qvf files in  <Documents/Qlik/Sense/Apps>? 

Are you trying to use one extension or several?  Is this an extension you downloaded or something you created?  An extension must have a valid *.qext file to be recognized by the QS client. 

To verify where QS expects to find your extensions, look in:

"C:\Users\userid\AppData\Local\Programs\Qlik\Sense\services.conf"

Find the key"extension-path". It should look something like:

extension-path=${StoragePath}\Extensions

If so, look for the "StoragePath" key in the same file and that's where your extensions are.

Hello,

I downloaded the site extension https://developer.qlik.com/home.

I have been in this path and it does not have a qlik folder "C: \ Users \ user \ AppData \ Local \ Programs \ Qlik \ Sense \ services.conf"

I found a QLIK folder in this path "C: \ Users \ Dilmara Ferreira \ AppData \ Local \ Programs \ Common Files", but it does not have services.conf orkle.
