How to get Qlik Geoanalytics?

I'm currently using Qlik Sense Desktop and I'm just wondering how to get Qlik Geoanalytics.

I'm a bit confused by a few things

1. Does it only comes with Qlik Sense Enterprise?
2. Is it possible to get Qlik Geoanalytics as an extension to Qlik Sense Desktop?
3. What will the pricing be?
