Plugin error on client's side

Hi everyone,

I've installed the "date range picker" extension on my qlik sense server, using the QMC.

Everything works fine on my computer but on some of my coworker's and "error" box appears instead of the date range picker.

What can I do to make sure they have access to this extension?

Hi,

Since there isn't any access control for extensions in Qlik Sense most likely this is another problem or possibly a bug.

Is there any error message? Any errors in the browser console? Does this happen with all browsers, or just some (like Internet Explorer...).

You might try clearing the browser cache on a computer where it fails and see if that helps.
