QlikSense On-Demand where NPrinting server is in DMZ

Hi Team,

We have NPrinting version June 2019 in DMZ zone and QlikSense production is in non-DMZ zone.

we have enabled the firewall to access NPrinting server from QlikSense server Central node to DMZ(NPrnting Prod) with port 4993, 4994, 9098 as well.

but still we are getting error to configure On-Demand button in QlikSense.

Request your help on the same.

it is resolved. we used the public URL for On-Demand Configuration.
