Ticket Authentication - Internal Server Error

I am attempting to redirect from an ASP.NET web application into my Qlik Sense 3.1 Server. However, I am now getting an "Internal server error" once I have been redirected with the qlikTicket. I can see that the user has been logged in, and I can see all of my apps, but when I open any of them I get the second, incredibly descriptive error message: "An error occurred".

I am following the directions in this video: Ticketing with Qlik Sense and .Net - YouTube and using the QlikAuthNet package. Are there additional security rules I need to configure in order to allow this session to interact with the apps and data?

Hi Tim,

this sounds for me that you forgot to add the new URL in the Virtual Proxy as WebSocket Origin Whitelist.

bye Konrad

Nailed it. My VM has an SSL certificate and custom domain. Have to add the server's machine name AND the custom domain name to the ticket authentication virtual proxy host white list in the QMC.
