Control Panel, Dashboard Bundle

I'm using Qlik Sense Desktop February 2019 and intend to install the extension Dashboard Bundle. Far as I understood I need to use the "Control Panel" to do so (but not the one in QMC, since Qlik Sense Desktop has no QMC). So where can I find the Control Panel to achieve the installation?
