Where can I find version informations for extensions in Qlik Sense? (hub or qmc)

Both. In the QMC you can manage the extensions. In the hub you can use the extensions in apps, which you can't do if you can't see which extensions are available. See the online help for more information:

if you could it'll be in the hub when you click on an extension when editing a sheet

if this extension has version control it'll be there

but in most cases you'll need to check the folder it self
