Qlik Insight Bot - No deployed app for me

Hi, 

I just installed QLik Insight Bot, I followed the different steps in the Qlik Help, everything went as described.

I went to the Portal (Qlik Insight Bot Management Console), I loaded my Apps, Pushed my Apps and then Train the Bot. 

I added several users (myself included) and then Pushed them. 

(I added user manually, via Qlik and via my AD)

However, after communicating with the Bot within the Qlik Sense Webchat, it keeps telling me: "Oops! Looks like there is no app for me yet. Please contact your administrator". 

Is there anyone that was able to install and run  Qlik Insight Bot and be able to help me?

A couple questions:

  1. Do the users match the username and directory in Qlik Sense?
  2. Is QIB installed on the same machine as Qlik Sense?
  3. Do the users have access to the Stream the apps are in?
  4. Is there Section Access on the app?
  5. Have you changed any of the Default security rules? For example: App level security permissions?

 

What do your logs say?

We just installed the bot, added the extension to the app. 

When testing with with "hello". The response was "Something went wrong., please contact your administrator".

On the Insight Bot portal. there is a 403 - Forbidden.

Where did we go wrong?
