Mobile App Set Up Error

I'm attempting to set up the mobile app on an ipad. I have successfully logged in through a browser, however when I log in through the mobile app I'm presented with the following error message. Any ideas on trouble shooting? Thanks!

Hi,

Since this is an authentication error, you will need to go under the hood to see what is going on.

Start by looking at your token type. Users must have user access or core license assigned for them to be able to authenticate.

You can also look at this guide, but it does not really address the issue you are having https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/November2018/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Troubleshooting/trou...

Extract logs from the native app and email them to yourself, to see if there are any hints in the log  (all HTTP errors show up in  diagnostic logs). The process of getting diagnostic logs out is detailed in the link I have shared above, and you can get to them from the server list (by tapping on the menu ellipsis on the top right)

Finally, setup fiddler or wireshark on the server to see what your web traffic is doing.

If possible, feel free to pose logs here, but bear in mind that these logs contain sensitive information, so you may have to clean them up before posting here.

Regards,

Vinay

In the Engine folder there's a start engine file with an entry for Invaild parameter handler set. Do you think that may be the issue? If so what does it mean.

It could be, hard to say. I think your problem is deep enough in the stack that I would recommend opening a support ticket.
