Discussion Board for collaboration related to Qlik Sense Mobile.
We have not been able to connect to Qlik Sense through the mobile iOS app or through the iPhone browser.
For the app, we were able to generate the client authentication link and connect to the server, but get an error saying "Untrusted connection - the certificate is not valid."
Using the mobile browser, it says "Connection to the Qlik Sense engine failed for unspecified reasons."
We've done the following:
- Added the public IP address to the White List of sites
- Checked the firewall
- We had no issues logging into the browser through an android phone
It may be a combination of issues, but are there any users having the same issues with the iPhone app or iPhone browser?
We had a similar issue for Iphone users where they got "Untrusted connection - the certificate is not valid." error.
We added the user accounts to our VPN assignment group which added the necessary certificates to their mobile device. Let me know if this works for you.

Passed this on to our IT group, but looks like we are still getting the same error messages. But could possibly be our VPN that's causing the issue perhaps?
