Qlik Sense hub with chrome

Hi,

I'm trying to qliksense Hub with chrome and when i put the user and password, this is the message i get:

"The connection to the qlik sense engine has failed for unspecified reasons. Update your browser or contact the systems administrator"

how can i solve this?
