access problems for Mobile and desctop client

Hi, 

I have no problem getting into our enterprise hub from a chrome or explorer. I have a user directly linked to my AD user and login to the server works fine as long as I am on our internal WIFI or VPN. However if I would like to use the mobile or the destop version it dont work (i am a admin.). 

When I try to access the autocated hub from the desctop client it just tells me that I cant access the hub as becouse I dont have a access pass (and this is not the case). the same for mobil. Their I cant get the autocation linkt to work (it dont work as a it should / it not seen as a hyperlink. what is wrong?

Hi,

Would it be possible for you to post logs? Please note that logs have sensitive data, and it might be better to log a support case with Qlik support, if you are on a production system that hosts sensitive data.
