iOS Mobile Device Management question

I've a fair bit of searching but have come up empty so far:

We're looking to use Mobile Device Management on the iOS App, and are wondering if it supports configuration by key-value pairs.

Any input would be great.  Thanks!

‌Qlik Sense Mobile conforms to the AppConfig standard for delivering configuration to an app using an MDM tool. Refer https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/June2018/Subsystems/PlanningQlikSenseDeployments/Content/Deploymen...  where one key-value pair is described. The key mdm can be supplied with a string that contains a JavaScript array of Qlik Sense Hub URLs.

More about this is documented for AirWatch and MobileIron here on Qlik Community. Please advise which MDM/EMM you are interested in. Similar steps should be possible for eg Intune.

Hello Michael, will it work for Citrix EMM as well?

If the Citrix EMM supports AppConfig then it should still be possible to deploy and configure Qlik Sense Mobile via that EMM. The most likely challenge you may face is whether Citrix supports the websocket connectivity that browsers and Qlik Sense Mobile require for connectivity to Qlik Sense Enterprise. This should first be evaluated using a browser that leverages the same VPN; subsequently determine if Qlik Sense Mobile operates correctly or if the VPN interferes with localhost traffic between components that should remain on the mobile device rather than being improperly routed through the VPN.

Hi Michael,

We use MobileIron and need to know the app config options to configure a .plist for MobileIron.

Hi Michael,

Is there any update about QlikSense mobile support for Citrix Xen MDM.

Thanks for Reply. I noticed that Accessing the hub via Citrix Secure Web browser still has issues with websockets.
