menu not working on mobile

I am trying to set up a "seat" holder to view Qlik Sense Cloud (Business) on a Samsung cell phone. Same issue is happening on a Google Pixel. Both using Chrome. Here is the issue: 

1)  User (seat holder) can only see their own space called "My Work".  Menu icon not working, so they are not able to see apps on "Shared Space."

2) For myself, I'm the (non-tech) builder, the site opens to "Shared Space." A tap on the menu doesn't provide any options, but switches view to "My Work."  It won't switch back again.
