server log in attempt failed for mobile App

I have an issue logging into Qliksense Mobile application (The downloaded one from google play store.) 

I used to be able to log in and view the mobile analytics what we  created. Recently everytime I try to log in, it gives me an error that’s says server log in attempt failed. I tried to resolve it by upgrading sense and it didn’t work.

 

And how can i check QS lisense is valid or not

Hi!
Please consider that the Android app is a prerelease beta, so it might misbehave, and it's currently not supported.
I would say that you should check the Qlik Sense Enterprise logs from that time and compare them with the Qlik Sense Mobile logs from the same time, to see what is happening.

Also, the license on the server run out one year ago. I see that it has been renewed until the end of this month, you should update the LEF on the server (hint: you have left the serial as visible in the Screenshot, I suggest that you edit your post and remove it).
