Cannot access QlikView after extending trial period

Hi Qlik Community,

I have extended an initial trial, and cannot access the tool.
When clicking on the "get started" button in the email received, in the link https://myqlik.qlik.com/portal/redirect/?message=Your%20trial%20has%20already%20started.%20Visit%20y....

I see:
Sorry, we can't complete your request.
Your trial has already started. Visit your tenant Hub. Visit My Qlik to extend your trial or purchase a subscription.
Contact Qlik Support with your questions or feedback.
