Chrome Blocking Downloads from Qlik Cloud as Malicious

The recent update to Qlik Sense Cloud has a new download user interface.

All is well except when the user tries to download a file, Chrome blocks it as dangerous and there is seemingly no way to override.

Any ideas? This is a major block for our users.
