INITIALIZING APP DATA FAILURE

I am currently using Qlik Sense Cloud at my organization, and I have been facing problems with initializing app data. It takes too long to initialize and it eventually fails after that. I do not face this problem in the trail version which I just subscribed. Please help me out here  I am unable to proceed with Qlik Sense Cloud.

@ajaydholi1995, does the issue happen with every app? what is the data source? Please provide a screenshot when attempting to "initialize".
