Calculate Office Hours and out of office hours based on date field in bar graph

Hi all,

I have a  date field in the format "dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss". In the bar graph, i need to apply count of measure along with dimension as date (dd-mm-yyyy) in x - axis and segregation of time as "office hours" and "out of office hours" in the bars as stacked form.  from 9:00:00 to 17:00:00 it should be office hours , and rest of the time as out of office hours.

How can I implement this?

 I have a date field  in the format as "2018-05-16 01:17:01". I need to count no of users(measure) logged in during office and and out of office hours on particular date  based on this date field, between 9 to 5 then it is considered as office hours and after 5 pm out of office hours. how to represent this in bar graph with in office and out of office as stacked form in bar graph??

pls help me out
