Qlik sense: Section access

Can anyone help me out with, How to implement Section access in qlik sense desktop?

Qlik Sense Desktop does not support Section Access. You can not, repeat can not, use Section Access in Qlik Sense Desktop. Section Access is simply not implemented in Qlik Sense Desktop.

Then how to implement security access for the document level i.e. (qvf) file?

By using Qlik Sense Enterprise. And making sure nobody has access to the actual .qvf file outside of QS Enterprise.
