As of Dec 31st, 2018 users of legacy versions of Qlik Sense (v1.1 to v3.0) are no longer permitted to access the default maps from Mapbox in the Sense map chart. Please switch off the map background or switch to an alternative provider.
Switch off map:
1. For each map chart, set properties, background: set to “Off”
Alternative map background:
1. For each map chart, set properties, background
2. Switch to Map service: Custom
3. Enter URL: https://maps.qlikcloud.com/ravegeo/map2/tiles/osm/${z}/${x}/${y}?key=sense1-ahDxYNZ9JPjCRDo
