After registering for a Qlik Account on Qlik.com, no activation email arrives to activate the Qlik Account.
No password reset email arrives when attempting to reset the password.

Check your Spam/Junk folder. Sometimes the email gets sent there.
Contact your internal IT to find out if Qlik emails were blacklisted by your mail server firewall and ensure that "qlik.com" and "sendgrid.net" (This is the third party app Qlik Account is using to send activation and password reset email) are added to your safe senders list
To trigger a new Activation/Password Reset email: go here (https://qlikid.qlik.com/resetpwd) and enter your Qlik ID or email address and select "Find My Username/Password"
If the Activation or Password Reset email still does not arrive to your email inbox, Contact Customer Support via the Support portal. When contacting Support, please provide your username and/or email.
