The Support Portal Quick Links are located in the top left corner of the Support Portal (link). There are 12 Quick Links total. I will walk through 5: Qlik Continuous Classroom, Help, Community, Qlik Videos, and Maintenance Policy
The Qlik Continuous Classroom, or QCC, is a self-service online learning platform. Users can take courses based on job type – Business User, Business Analyst, Data Architect, System Administrator. Or search for courses in the top right corner. This is a great resource to help you get started or expand your knowledge.
Select Content Library > Free Courses for a complete list of all the free courses available.
Qlik Help takes you to our help site where you can find product related content. This is a great resource for ‘how to’ questions and initial troubleshooting.
Qlik Community is a forum where users help each other troubleshoot, share ideas, and more. This is a great resource for ‘how to’ questions and initial troubleshooting as well.
Qlik Videos takes you to the Qlik YouTube page. Check out Qlik Sense in 60, Qlik Sense Cloud, and more for short tutorials to help you get started or expand your knowledge.
Maintenance Policy gives more information regarding Enterprise and Basic Support. After selecting Maintenance Policy, you will be taken to a page within www.qlik.com title Qlik Enterprise Support. Select ‘Download the Qlik Enterprise Support Datsasheet.’ A PDF will open in a new tab or window. Page 2 compares Basic and Enterprise Support in an easy to read table.
