APPCRASH when open file after update to 11.20 SR9

Hi, all,

Yesterday, we updated qlikview, both the desktop and server to the newest version 11.20 SR9, 12664.

We are happy that it solved some problem for the display of the dash in browser.

But then we start to have problem to open an old dash. It even can not be opened by using the new version.

But all other dashes work fine. Only one dash has the problem.

I restarted all the qlikview services. And it dose not help.

The error info from qlikview is as below, any clue about this?

Tried it again this morning. Still have this problem.

Dose anyone has any idea?

Hi, all,

We temporarily downgrade the desktop to SR8, and it works.

Hope the problem/bug can be fixed, then we can do a upgrade to the latest version later.
