We have a problem, every time users wanted to connect to Access point appears a window to choose the way to log in (see attachement1).
Our servers settings for Authorization is Anonymous.
Besides, after choosing any option for access (Windows NT or Anonymous), it appears another error (see attachment 2).
We have facing this problem with some users and all of them are using IExplorer supported.
Here more information about our server:
QlikView Version 9.00.7440.8 SR3 64-bit
QlikView Server 9.00.7440.8
QlikView Server License, not QlikView Publisher License
SO: Windows Server 2008 64 bits

Couple things you can try. First, clear your IE temporary cache and cookies. Since you are authenticating anonymously, make sure you do not select to sent your "NT Identitiy" when that popup comes up. You would way to send "Anonimo."
Second, make sure that port 4747 is open in your firewall on both the server and the client machines (inbound and outbound).
