A client would like every user to to login each time they browse to the access point. Is there a way to set this up?
Alex
Not exactly sure what behaviour are you trying to achieve but you should try changing the webserver settings to something like this
So, is there a way to disable windows Authentication via the QlikView Web Server? Or do have to setup IIS on the machine?
Any ideas?

The client's company has a no windows authentication policy, I need users to login every time they want to view documents on the access point. The settings changes did nothing other than add a logout button.
Sorry but I still don't understand, what users would they like to login to? local server users? they have no active directory in place?
Yes, the are pulling from their AD, but the don't want users to be able to view the qvw's without signing in every time.
And I spoke to soon. When I click logout, I am forced to put in a username and password. I just tested it, and when I close the browser session, and reopen, the credentials are not saved. This will hopefully fit my requirement!
Thanks Daniel.
Dear Alex
i'm not sure, but you can try this.
Authentication:
- Always (to make login/logout button hidden)
- NTLM
- Default Login Page (Browser Authentication) *you can login by your AD*
what you want is the credentials are saved in your browser?
maybe you can try Single Sign-On.
