Access Point and SSO issue

Hi all,

We are using QlikView Server 11.2, build 11.20.13206.0

Suddenly, I've started to suffer from SSO issues with access point. Like me, some of the users (NOT all of them) from time to time it are required to insert username and password in order to access the documents (see attached).

The problem is that it happens to some of the users (not all of them) and not all the time (it looks like that providing username and password opens a session which remains active for some time and during that time credentials are not needed but later, when this so called session is closed – then it will be required again to insert username and password, any idea?

i've tried...

what's wired is that some of the instructions - couldn't find at the Chrome's settings these options.

but anyway, didn't help yet...

(maybe some of the Chrome's settings are defined by my organizations infra team... couldn't reset the browser settings for example or add a site to the trusted ones)
