Access Point - double entries

Hi,

I have placed 2 QV documents into the root document folder c:\programdata\qliktech\documents. These documents are shown twice in access point! No other folders are mounted, the documents exist only once on this computer, I have reinstalled QV Server, have renamed the files - nothing helps. Can someone tell me what to do? Is there any entry in a certain file, I could delete, etc. QV-Server 11.2 SR6 is installed.

Any answer would be appreciated.

Hi Peter,

That sounds strange but see if you get the same behavior if you stop the server and delete/rename the PGO files (there are 2 instances of them) and restart the server to see if you get a different behavior.

Hi,

Create a folder of the root of the "C" drive and put the documents there. Point the root folder to this location and see what happens.
