Access Point not working in Edge browser

Hi all,

we have been migrated from Qv AWS to GCP environment and there we have configured our qlikview environment but the problem is sso is not working as expected.

we are facing below challenges:

in Chrome browser we are able to login to the access point by passing the creadentiasl popup window.

in Edge browser. its not allowing us to login to the access point even though we have passed the correct credentials and its in recurrsive in nature and then  its shows like login failed .

as most of the end users use the edge browser for their day to day analysis its an showstopper for us to proceed further.

we are using current MAY 2024 version of QlikView and windows operating system is 2022.

Regards,

Siva Prasad

Hi @Chip_Matejowsky ,

The above article doesn't help.

do you think like nits browser specific issue or is there a way to trouble the setting compared to chrome that we need to research?

Regards,

Raju

That it worked with Chrome means that there is no general issue with the authentication. Edge instead is deeper integrated in the OS and has some more/other options. In this regard make sure that no restrictions like the protected mode is enabled and take also a look on the various network-settings (firewall, proxies, ...).
