Not sure if this is the correct board to post to??
I get the following message when trying to access Qlikview from a new device. Note, I have not changed my login details: "Access denied! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator!"
Unfortunately, I don't think our administrator has experience in dealing with theses issues. How do we overcome this problem?
If you log in in the same way, with the same user account, the licnese should be valid.
What type of device are you logging in form? Is this QlikView Desktop or in the AccessPoint?
I will move this to the QlikView Admin board instead, I hope that's ok!
