Access point - only 12 documents?

Qlikview 10 sr3.

I have published 13 documents.

In the Access point main page i see only 12 documents.

In the category combo i can see "all Documents (13)" BUT i see only 12 thunbnails in a3x4 grid.

Why?

in the top left you have a rows box change that to all

Hi Fabio,

In the AccessPoint go to the top part and set there to show "All Documents" instead.

Hi,

Not by default. Although you can change the javascript files and htm files from the AccessPoint, I would not recommend you to do so, because you may lose Support if you do on your own those changes. AccessPoint is set to draw 3 columns with 4 files. You can create an Idea to ask for this feature in future releases of QlikView though.
