Accessing QlikView Document with VBA does not work with QV 12.2 SR6

Hi All,

for my department we were using a self developed Excel Tool to manage versions, releases and deployments to Test/Production Environment. This VBA Based tool uses the QV API to open the QV Document with VBA, change Variable Names, reload etc. and worked all fine until we upgraded from 11.2 to 12.2.

Although the API itself seems to be same, the VBA Script does not work anymore: Opening a QV file is works fine, but it can't read or write anything in that document. (Can't read from .dll Error)

Does someone of you have the same issue or has an idea what could be wrong here?

Thanks

Marcel

The only thing I've  not tested before posting this question was to reinstall QlikView. Since the original installation completed without issues and in Qlikview itself everything was working as it should be (2 months straight).

After fresh installation issues described above was resolved.

We had problems with running VBA macros that send the automatic excel report in QV 12.2 so we migrated to 11.20.

Also, we had to modify BNF reload mode:

I do share the document for https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView-Documents/Server-migration-to-different-machines-from-11-20-S....

That might be something similar to our issue.
