Accesspoint does nothing after external user hits Submit


My accesspoint seems to have recently (within the last few days) started failing for users outside of our network.

When they try to login, the page refreshes and provides no error.

The only thing I've tried is restarting the server / services.

Can anyone help me? I didn't setup our Qlikview server and have no idea where to even begin, so I'm really starting from nothing here.

Any help you could give would be really appreciated.
