Accesspoint: unable to open a document

Hello everyone

I have a document on accesspoint that I used to open , now whenever I clik on it I get back to the Qlikview authentification page.

What do you think went wrong?

Hi,

Check in the QMC, System, Setup, QlikView Servers, Security tab that the authentication method is correct. Check in the same QMC, Directory Service Connectors works and is according to the security setup.

Do you have any other documents in the same AccessPoint that is working or do they not work at all?

All the documents except that one are working,

Hi,

Are you using DMS? If so, have you authorized any user in the QMC, Documents, User Documents, Authorization tab? Does the file have section access and the user is not allowed to see it?

If you are using NTFS instead, does the user have permissions on the folder/document?
