Acesspoint error in IEPlugin

Can anyone please help on this?

  Now I am using Qlikview 10 version with IIS.

When I am accessing the Access point it works fine in Ajax mode but when I open with IEPlugin it shows the following error.

           //testapp/scripts/QVSTunnel.dll%3Fhost%3Dlocalhost could not be opened

Port 4747 should be opened or tunelling must be in place.
