Activating E-mail Alerts QDS (QVS 11 SR1)

Hello guys,

I want to activate the email alerts in my QDS, so I can have in my inbox all the failed tasks. How can I do this?

P.S: Is there any chance to get an email if a task is jammed or stuck after a period of time?
