I have licenses that were allocated to deleted users from my application, how can I allocate them to new users? since the option to allocate, does not appear enabled
The license should be available after the quarantine period:
"A Named User CAL may be transferred to another user pursuant to the software licensing agreement, in which case there is a 24-hour quarantine before the Named User CAL can be transferred to another user."
This period can be 7 days in QlikView, if I right.

Thank you for your answer, I will wait 7 days to try to recover one of the tokens, however the other, was definitively associated with a user deleted months ago, will I be able to recover that token one day?
To fix this issue you have to contact Qlik Support.
They will run an postgre database script to clean this "trash record"
