Hello @RickyK,

For Qlik Sense Enterprise Server, suggest you review the Qlik Sense Admin Playbook. For QlikView Server/Publisher, have a look at article How to Fully Remove or Decommission an Application from QlikView Server/Publisher.

@RickyK Each time the hub is refreshed, Qlik Sense Desktop scans the path C:\Users\<current user name>\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps and all sub-folders under this path for .qvf files and display these files as apps in the hub.
To remove an app from the Hub, please make sure to move the corresponding .qvf file completely out of this path (moving the file to a sub-folder is not enough).

Likewise for Qlikview you will need to delete from Userdocuments and Source Documents

Stop and remove scheduled tasks

Remove files and folders( with QVDs, QVW, Sharedfiles) C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents and

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\SourcesDocuments)
