Assigned CALs disappear

We are standing up QV10 (SR2) with QVS clustered between 2 servers.  Running them on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.

I've assigned User CALs a couple of times now and they keep disappearing from QEMC.  There one day, gone the next.

Server and service restarts do not make them reappear. Has anyone seen this behavior ?

the final solution was to migrate qvpr to nas drive and restart QDS service

More info....

They disappeared again last night with no service restarts or reboots.  This AM, I turned on dynamic cal assignment but that is not what I want for production.

It seems that there is a timelimit.  Any thoughts ?

There's no time limit. Just renew the licences each year.

I would strongly recommend you contact your QlikView support about this.
