Hi,
my Qlik Audit Log is getting rather large. its currently at 312 meg.
Using the QMC, i set the audit log to split (daily for now just as a test) but its not splitting! The QMC has been set to split the file daily for a week now with no result! i still just have 1 large audit log file.
is this a know issue or am i doing something wrong?
QMC -> System -> Setup -> QlikView Servers -> myServer -> Logging tab

Well wouldn't you know all it took was a reboot
I hadn't realised that the server would need a reboot for the log split to take effect (of course it would as the log file is always in use)
