Authentification in QVS / Windows authentification AD

I am trying to setup security in QVS. The main idea is to give right to users to see or not QVW documents list in a custom web page like AccessPoint. Right of users will be apply throught their windows AD account.
My first idea is to use Windows NTFS file security for authorizing a user to access a QlikView document. But users see documents and do not have right to open its. It is possible to make visible for a user only documents where he has access? how?
I've also used window's AD account to set the rights for the users. What I have done is when I distribute a QVW document via the Publisher I've listed the recipents, either by user name or group name in the AD, who're suppose to be able to access the document.
