Dynamic CAL assignment is not working i did enabled the Dynamic CAL assignment and click the apply button.When user was trying to access the Access point it is showing the error message " Access denied: The server(QVS) has no user CAL for your account . please contact your system admin ( we are having the NFTS Authentication). Please advice...
Check if there are any CALs available (Named, Document, etc.).
Go to the QMC, System, Licenses and see if there are any CAL available. Also, there you can see the Named CALs assigned to users and you might want to remove some of them and erasing (after 24h) to another user(s).
Over all more 1556 cals are still Avilable and all these days we are doing the Manual Assignment recently we had decided to assign it Dynamic but Dynamic Assignment was not working on any of our 4 Environments.

Do you have any users which have a Named CAL already assigned and they can use it and open any QV app?
With 4 environments you mean 4 nodes of a cluster or 4 different QlikView Servers (i.e. 1 Dev, 1 Test, 1 PreProduction and 1 Production.)? If they are different QV Servers (different license keys) they will have different CALs and different CAL assigned / available.
Yes users have access to documents and their is no section accesson it and assigning cals manually everything works f9 but my problem is dynamic cal assignment is not working.
