CAL Assignment not working

Hi,

Dynamic CAL assignment is not working i did enabled the Dynamic CAL assignment  and click the apply button.When user was trying to access the Access point it is showing the error message " Access denied: The server(QVS) has no user CAL for your account . please contact your system admin ( we are having the NFTS Authentication). Please advice...

We have only user CALs and we dont have the Documant Cals but in our Lab2 environment dynamic CAL allocation is working perfectly but in other environments this is not working.
