For the above Server License ..Does it mean i can have 100 X 4=400 Doc cals & 50 X 4=200 User CALS across 4 Servers ?
or
100 Doc cals & 50 User CALS shared across 4 Servers ?
Hello Sanjeev,
The CALs are shared between all the servers, so your second answer is correct:
100 Doc cals & 50 User CALS shared across 4 Servers

Hi Sanjeev,
Peter's answer is correct.
Hi Peter,
Thanks for your answer.
One issue i faced is .. if i have a cluster node license and configure the servers separately (ie i will not put the servers in cluster but keep it separately in different QMC but apply the same license) then i am able to see that for each servers the license are assigned separately. (ie 100 X 4=400 Doc cals & 50 X 4=200).
Any suggestion / Is the above approach valid ?
Hi Sanjeev,
I think that licence situation would be against the terms of your agreement with QlikTech, as you wouldn't be using the licence as intended.
