Recomendaría usar 'netstat -ano' en el símbolo del sistema en el servidor QlikView y asegurarme de que el puerto 4780 no esté siendo utilizado por un proceso diferente al del servicio QlikView Management.

I'd recommend using netstat -ano in the Qlikeview server's command prompt and make sure port tcp port 4780 is not being used by another process besides Qlik Management Service (QMS)
