Cannot add the user name CALs in QEMC

Dear all,

From now I have install qlikview server 11 on my machine then apply the license to my server, it is perfect no more error message.

After that I add DOC CALs License to document that is ok, but I cannot add the NAME CALs license to my server.

The problem is when I click to ASSIGN CALs page will get this error.

"Not found:

EntLicenses.properties.CalInfor.AssignedList.AddAssignedUsers"

My license information is

NUMBER OF DOC CAL: 20

NUMBER OF NAME CAL: 18

PRODUCT LEVEL;10; 2013-08-01

Please kindly help to suggest.

You should configure a directory service to point to you users location. Or you could try using QV11 SR2 and enter the names manually.

If you mean a directory service connectors I have configured in the qemc, and I have no problem with DOC CALs.

But the error occured with I click at the buttom: Assigned CALs.
