Cannot change e-mail alert address

Hi,

I want to change this email address in publisher but it is grayed out and I cannot see where to change it.

Any ideas?

You should be able change this.

Which browser are you using? Have you another one?

Which Qlikview version are you running?

Can you try a different browser to see if the problem is the  same?

Is that 11.20 IR? No SR installed?

Ahhh.  the email address was greyed out and I took this to mean it couldn't be edited.  but it could!!!

Chrome displayed it the same colour but I never thought to click on it.

all fixed.
