Cannot open applications in IE Plugin mode

Hi

Running QlikView 11.2 SR11 on Windows 2012 server with the newest IE Plugin version, but when use IE Plugin to run the QlikView applications I get a blank page with a small mobile phone icon on the left upper corner of the page!

QlikView applications are configured to be run in IE Plugin mode.

Any help is appreciated

From what kind of device, operating system and browser are you opening the application?

IE 9 and IE 11 on Windows 2007 and on a PC. It's the same when running on the server on Windows 2012 and IE 11

To open the document you have to enable IE Plug-in features at Sever.Have you enabled?

The plug-in has to be installed on the computer you are using to browse from. I guess that you might have done this already?

yes, it's already done both on the PC and the server.

Can you post QMC screenshots of

• QMC->System->Setup->QlikView Web Servers->your web server->AccessPoint->Accesspoint Settings, and
• for a single document that shows the mobile phone icon, QMC->User Documents->your document->Server->Availability

Change the (global) setting for Default Preferred Client into 'IE plugin' (first screenshot) and click Apply.
