Commande licence Qlikview en attente

Bonjour,

En mai dernier nous avons commandé 10 licence usercall pour qlikview.
Nous avons reçu un mail avec la mise à jour de la licence du serveur mais nous avons toujours le même nombre de licence.

Merci de nous renvoyer l'ajout des licences pour Qlikview server.

When you add CALs to a license you don't get a new license number. There are instructions on how to update the license here.

If you do the update and you still don't see the added CALs, please create a case for Customer Support

@Maxi Pour obtenir des licences Qlik, vous devez contacter directement votre responsable de compte Qlik.

Bonjour,

Désolé, ma version de Qlik Server est en anglais, mais la solution est simple. Accédez à l'onglet Système >> page de licence. Cliquez sur Qlikview Server et dans le panneau de droite, sélectionnez la "Licence QlikView Server".

En bas à droite, vous avez trois options. Celui que vous souhaitez utiliser est "Mettre à jour la licence à partir du serveur", voir l'image jointe. Cela devrait mettre à jour votre licence.
