Create bookmarks crash

Hi,

I've deployed a qvw document.

1) The user access it by qvp. When He trys to create a bookmark the application crashes...anyone can help me?

2) The whole document is distributed by publisher in a "Loop & Reduce" cycle so the user access only a small document with only the data interest him.

    If the user defines bookmarks they "survive" to an another "Loop & Reduce" distribution that rewrite the document?

    If I change the orginal document and I apply the "Loop & Reduce" cycle the bookmarks are preserved?
